Hi ladies and hopefully gentlemen, I’m going to tell you my story of how I was able to lose inner thigh fat in just under 3 months while also loosing just over 30 pounds of total fat. Yay for me! No wonder I always kept the lights off when we went to bed. My thighs were fat, my arms were fat, my tummy was fat and I hated the cellulite I saw. Oh my god, I was so depressed then. But in hindsight I guess it was the wake up I needed to lose inner thigh fat.

I tried exercises to lose inner thigh fat which didn’t work but just made my legs feel wobbly. 24 OctExercises to Lose Inner Thigh Fat

Hiya, in this post I’m going to share with you exercises to lose inner thigh fat. These are the very same exercises I used to lose inner thigh fat. And it was this inner thigh fat if you’ll recall that was my most stubborn area to try and lose.

Now I know that it’s mostly ladies who struggles with inner thigh fat, or thigh fat generally, but my hubby Steve has carried a little thigh fat too, and he’s slowly losing his. So there could be other guys out there, so please don’t be embarrassed by this post which is meant for you too, even though I’m speaking to ladies.

I think the best exercise to lose thigh fat, at least in my opinion is walking. I couldn’t imagine the thought of running. Just the thought of it would tire me out. Plus I was in such bad shape that I couldn’t have done it even if I had wanted to.

I would walk for an hour a day 3 or 4 times a week. I found this not only boosted my metabolism but also really boosted my flagging spirits. Especially when I was sad about how long losing inner thigh fat was taking me.

Some of the other cool exercises I did to lose weight were lower body weight exercises. I found these pretty hard at first, but I persevered and over time they became easier, and I really think they made a difference in toning my thighs.

I did 3 of these exercises that helped me. The first one was squats. At first I’d just set up a chair behind me and I’d sit down on it and then stand up. Eventually I didn’t need the chair anymore and worked up to 3 sets of 20. 2 other exercises to lose inner thigh fat that I used were lunges and lying on my side and raising my leg straight towards the ceiling. This one really burned!

To lose inner thigh fat I worked my way up to 3 sets of 20 on all of these exercises. It was hard at first but it got easier, especially as I started losing inner thigh fat.

24 OctLose Inner Thigh Fat – My Struggle Ends!

This first post is all about how to lose inner thigh fat. Inner thigh fat was probably the most stubborn area for me to lose fat from. It was literally the last place that I was able to lose the weight. It wasn’t until I was about halfway through my 30 pound weight loss that I was able to start seeing some real results on my inner thighs.

I tried exercises to lose inner thigh fat and nothing seemed to help. I had struggled for over 10 years with my weight. Ever since graduating high school. I stopped doing exercise and that’s when it caught up with me.

But in just under 3 months I was able to lose inner thigh fat and lose belly fat and everywhere else for a total of over 30 pounds. So I know the struggles. I tried pretty much every diet I could find. The cabbage soup diet, the Hollywood diet, the grapefruit diet. I tried them all.

I wanted to find the best way to lose inner thigh fat. I tried all sorts of weight loss exercises. I tried all these fancy, what I know consider gimmicky machines. Nothing really helped until I used a 3 prong approach.
