Rachel Rivers lose inner thigh fat

Hello, it’s Rachel Rivers here and thank you for visiting my personal blog. I’ve struggled with my weight since I left high school. When I got into college, I literally stopped swimming and doing any exercise. Needless to say, my weight bloomed. By the time I met and married my husband Steve 10 years later, I was over 30 pounds overweight.

I felt awful but I was determined to lose weight. And I managed to do it. In a little under 3 months I lost over 30 pounds and found my desired weight. I was even able to lose inner thigh fat, that area that was my most stubborn to lose.

Even Steve has since started using some of the tips that I’ll share in my blog. And so far he’s already lost 10 pounds!

So I hope you like the tips I’ll share with you. It took me a few years of trying different things until I found a way to lose weight that worked for me. I hope you’ll have the same success.
