Hiya, I wanted to show you ladies a pretty cool video that I did on how to lose fat inner thighs. I was playing around with an article to see how I could put it to video. It was pretty fun and I hope you like it!
The video even has a voice, though it’s not mine… my voice is squeaky, I don’t like it. So check it out, it offers some good tips on how I was able to lose inner thigh fat. These are some of the exact techniques that I used to lose just over 30 pounds in under 3 months. So I share 3 ways to lose inner thigh fat, and the great thing about it is that you’ll lose fat everywhere. Not just on your thighs, but you’ll lose tummy fat and you’ll also lose arm fat, practically wherever you need to lose weight it’ll melt off you.
The first tip is exercise. I know, not rocket science, but it doesn’t have to be hard. The vid talks about different kinds of exercises like aerobics and weights. I hate both of them. So what I did instead to lose inner thigh fat was go for long walks. Usually an hour or so 3 or 4 times per week. I think I told you that I was a little embarrassed by my weight and felt uncomfortable to go to a gym. So I chose to go for long walks in the quieter residential streets around my home.

There are also exercises to lose inner thigh fat like squats and lunges that I used that were hard at first. I still don’t do them with weights, as I’m nervous of getting bigger thighs. I want to tone my thighs not build thunder thighs! These exercises to lose weight worked great and firmed up my muscles without making me feel like my legs were getting big like a bodybuilders.
In the vid you’ll notice information about diet to lose inner thigh fat. I think this is the biggest key and the biggest reason for my own success. Something that I really believe helped me was an acai supplement. Acai is chock full of anti-oxidants and metabolism enhancers, that keep you full, energized and satisfied in between meals. Along with a good diet, acai was fundamental in me being able to lose inner thigh fat over all these years.
